A Pre-Listing Inspection is of great benefit to sellers preparing to put a home on the market. We’ll conduct a comprehensive examination of your property to inform you of any defective components and to recommend improvements. This allows you to address any issues at your own discretion before listing the home—preventing stalled negotiations when a buyer’s inspection comes up clean.
If we’ve inspected your home and recommended repairs or improvements, then it’s a good idea to schedule a Re-Inspection once those changes are in place. We’ll assess the repairs or improvements to ensure that they were performed correctly and that the affected components are safe and functional.
Radon is a dangerous radioactive compound that forms deep underground from the natural breakdown of rock and soil. The gas can sometimes escape through the ground’s surface, potentially infiltrating the air inside your home. Radon is odorless and invisible, requiring specialized equipment to be detected. Jason was extremely accommodating with scheduling of the home inspection inside of the narrow time constraints imposed by my real estate deal. Very courteous, respectful and professional. I am impressed with Jason’s knowledge and thoroughness of inspection. Had official report promptly via access to Tier1 Home Inspections website, very user friendly.
